Yoga 4 Stress ReliefEvery Monday starting 1/7, 4-5pm, Sarner Underground.  Mats available to borrow.
FREE drop-In yoga class held EVERY Monday.  Students will be guided through a mindful movement practice that emphasizes focus on the present moment, conscious breathing, & cultivation of self-compassion. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by gentle yoga postures that help to stretch & strengthen the body while calming & focusing the mind. We will end with time for deep relaxation.
No experience necessary.  All bodies and levels are welcome!
 
Lunch Time Mindfulness MeditationEvery Friday starting TOMORROW, 12-12-30 pm, Student Wellness Center (Robo 322).
Fruit & cheese provided!  
FREE drop-in guided mindfulness meditation EVERY Friday.  Each week we’ll explore ways to calm and focus the mind and body through various guided mindfulness exercises followed with time for sharing and questions.
No experience necessary!

Students, staff, & faculty welcome to both classes!
