The human experience has changed dramatically since the arrival of the cell phone and social media. Technology overuse and social media habits are creating a movement away from face-to-face experiences and as a result, people are reporting that they are more depressed, anxious & lonely than ever before. Walk away from the evening with tips and tools to be more mindful and ways to support one another in community to “put the damn thing down!”
