Dear Students,

• Do you ever run out of DBA at the end of the term and worry about being able to afford food for the remaining days or weeks?
  
• Have you ever stayed on campus for interim and struggle with affording or finding meals?
  
• Have you ever wondered why other Ivy League campuses have food pantry systems but Dartmouth has never made the initiative to start our own?
  

From conversations with many of you and from the feedback we received during our Dartmouth Dining Services forum last spring term, Student Assembly feels there are many stories of frustration on this campus regarding access to food. We wanted to gather a larger understanding of the scope of food insecurity at Dartmouth in order to strengthen future conversations revolving around this topic with the Administration. 

The following survey inquires about experiences of accessing food during interim stays and during a normal Dartmouth term. It's an 8 question survey (max 1 minute to fill out) and will prompt you to write your personal anecdotes or experiences anonymously if you so wish at the end to substantiate an argument that Dartmouth needs more support for our students.
