Emotional Intelligence: Build Skills for Engagement, Connection, and Impact

The Student Wellness Center is excited to offer a 3-part interactive mini-seminar series focused on building Emotional Intelligence (EI) for increased self-awareness and emotional agility. Higher EI supports intellectual and emotional growth, stress management, and skillful navigation of the social environment. The series will introduce participants to concrete, foundational tools and practices to increase EI skills for personal, interpersonal, and leadership development. Participation in previous EI workshops is NOT required.

Join us from 5:00-6:30pm on Tuesdays, May 1, 8, & 15.  (As skills build each week, please plan to attend all sessions.)
