Are you looking for housing in Hanover this Fall?

Tired of going through room draw?
Sick of tiny College rooms?
Not enticed by the prospect of living in a far-away off campus apartment?
Do you want to live in one of the coolest houses on campus?
Look no further!

Live at Phi Tau!!!

Q: Wait, isn’t Phi Tau super nerdy?
A: Yes, but it’s not contagious (unless you want it to be) ;) also, housing comes with perks:

Reasons why living in Phi Tau is AWESOME:
1. Guaranteed single. And our rooms are HUGE. And they have hardwood floors. And most of them have beautiful murals painted on the walls. And many have full beds.
2. Lowest rent of any College housing. You can do a lot of things with the money you save from switching to Phi Tau. ;)))
3. Access to our living spaces: fully stocked kitchen (two ovens, fridge and pantry spaces for each resident, every appliance known to man, and all the spices your heart could desire), chapter room (full of comfy couches & a large flat-screen), living / game room (with a FUNCTIONING FIREPLACE, tons of video games/consoles, and board games), “Tube Room” (covered with cushions all over the floor and with stadium seating to watch TV/movies in ultimate comfort), laundry room (Absolutely free! You don’t have to pay!), basement (with a perfectly clean floor, a ‘50s jukebox, pong tables, and a pool table), two porches, a hammock, barbecue….need I go on?
4. Gender-neutral bathrooms: Literally all of our bathrooms are gender-neutral.
5. Cool people: We’re awesome. And we have huge house dinners every couple of weeks. And cookies. And impromptu dance parties. Also, if you have friends you want to live with, this is a great way to live together in a home, while still getting huge singles, but without having to deal with annoying adult-y things like buying toilet paper!

And if you like Milk & Cookies, imagine being able to eat ALL of those cookies (and the dough) as we're baking them...
