Emotional Intelligence with Others: Building Positive, Healthy, and Effective Communication Skills
The Student Wellness Center is offering a one-time workshop on
building Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills for improving interactions, relationships, and conversations with others. Knowing
and understanding yourself and your own emotional patterns can allow for deeper, more meaningful
engagement with others. The series will introduce participants to the tools that facilitate our interactions with others, improve our ability to navigate
social situations with empathy, and equip us to better handle interpersonal conflicts.
Join us from 5:00-7:00pm on April 24. Dinner will be provided. Limited capacity available.
