The Student Mindfulness Group will be having its first meeting of Winter term tonight (1/7) from 7:30 to 8 PM. We meet in the meditation room which is in the basement of North Fairbanks  behind FoCo and Mass Hall (see map).

We will be guiding a brief meditation, no experience necessary!

Loose comfortable clothing recommended for sitting cross-legged.
