*IMPORTANT IVYQ INFORMATION*

1. If you have applied and have heard back from IvyQ (either waitlisted or accepted), please reply to this email with your status. We need to finalize who is going by this Friday at 12pm.

2. Transportation has been covered. We will be leaving at 5pm on November 2^nd. We will return on November 5^th around 4pm.

3. Registration fees are due soon. Don’t forget that financial aid is available through Yale. Money should not be an issue for attending this conference. Please reach out to @Karen Tucker (Office Manager for OPAL) if you have any financial concerns.
