Careers in the Social Sector

Interested in pursuing a career in the social sector but unsure of where to start ? Breaking the Mold is a networking event geared towards students hoping to work in the nonprofit world. The lunches are a particularly great way to make connections since they will be held in small field-specific groups. Lewin Post-Graduate Fellowship
Graduating this year? Apply for up to $20,000 in funding to work in the social sector post-graduation. Projects, which may be hosted in the U.S. or abroad, must be full-time, 10-12 month projects with a non-profit organization.


Become a Mentor with SIBS

SIBS has a limited number of opportunities left for students looking to become mentors! SIBS is a one-on-one mentoring program that pairs Dartmouth students with local children aged 6-13. You get to pick the activities you do together, so you can do anything from play soccer to sing karaoke.

Home Repairs with COVER

Winter is coming! Help our neighbors make urgent home repairs so that they will be prepared for the winter. Located in White River Junction, COVER<http://www.coverhomerepair.org/> is a nonprofit organization that organizes volunteers to do repairs for low-income homeowners, many of whom are elderly and/or disabled. Volunteer with the Red Cross

There is an immediate need for volunteers at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital in Lebanon on Wednesday, October 18 from 3-5pm. On the job training and training materials are provided.
