Dartmouth’s Student Wellness Center invites you to sign-up for a FREE Koru Mindfulness course, taught by Dawn Gillis and Laura Beth White.
 
This is a 4-week course, meeting each Thursday, starting September 28th from 10:45 am - noon.  Class size is limited to 15 students, so please see the information below to register.  Also note, that after you follow the link below and register, you will receive a confirmation email that you must reply to in order to hold your spot.  If anyone has questions, please contact [log in to unmask]  Instructors will provide copies of the book (on loan) at the first class .  (The readings are optional.)  More information about this evidence-based curriculum, developed at Duke University, can also be found at: http://korumindfulness.org.
