MAV is a student-run organization aiming to challenge the beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors underlying sexual violence on campus. We believe that by
facilitating discussions on power dynamics, the spectrum of violence, sexism, and restrictive gender norms, we can curb unhealthy behaviors and ultimately create a welcoming and safe environment and community. Events that occurred last term remind us that
we need to be proactive to combat violence at Dartmouth. MAV's work is part of that proactive action.
Not sure if you want to apply or not? Come to our open info session this Wednesday, June 28th, any time between 7 and 8pm in Collis 101.
Exec Board members will be present to answer any questions and give you more details about our organization. Stay for as long or as little as you want!
Please blitz Movement Against Violence or Paulina Calcaterra '19 with
any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!
