Having trouble making an RWIT appointment?
Try these tips!
You can book up to 2 weeks in advance at rwit.dartmouth.edu.
If you are having trouble finding a free slot, try refreshing the site less than 3 hours before your target session. Spots often open up at the last minute.
Try walking in! If we are not working with a client, we can help you as a walk-in.
Try working near the RWIT center (Berry 183). If they finish with a client early, tutors can work with a second student; just stop by.
Our
hours are 2pm-10pm, Sunday and 4pm–10pm, Monday–Thursday.
What is RWIT?
The Student Center for Research, Writing, and Information Technology (RWIT) is Dartmouth's free tutoring resource dedicated to helping Dartmouth students improve their writing. Trained undergraduate tutors work with students in all phases of the composing process and can help with papers, research projects and multi-media assignments.
Find out more about RWIT at http://writing-speech.dartmouth.edu/learning/support-writing-research-and-composing-technology/rwit.
How do I use RWIT?
You can make appointments online at http://rwit.dartmouth.edu/ or drop by the center in Berry 183 (near the hallway between the Stacks and KAF). We prefer appointments, but we always welcome walk-ins!
