Come by the meditation room in the basement of North Fairbanks this Sunday (5/14) evening from 7:30 to 8 PM.

The meditation will be guided - no experience is necessary.

Comfortable clothes recommended.

We will also finalize the plans for our upcoming group dinner (tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 5/16).
