Sara Mardini and her sister Yusra saved 20 lives by swimming for three and a half hours guiding their refugee boat through the Mediterranean Sea when the motor broke. She has gone on to become a Human
Rights Champion recognized by the UN and European Parliament. In this special conversation, Sara will speak about escaping the war in Syria and her journey to become a strong advocate and voice for refugee and women’s Rights.
