Mandatory information sessions
In order to participate in formal recruitment, each potential new member must complete the following information/training sessions. 
  1. Expectations of Membership program, followed by a short quiz on OrgSync. If you completed this session in the fall, you are not required to attend. You must sign up for a session in order to receive credit.
  2. Bystander Intervention in the Greek Community program, which is not the same as DBI programs designed for athletics or first year trips. If you completed this session in the fall, you are not required to attend. You must sign up for a session in order to receive credit. These information sessions will be uploaded to OrgSync within the next few days.
  3. Panhellenic Recruitment Information session. You do not need to sign up in advance for these sessions, as we will check you in upon your arrival. If you attended an info session this fall, you are not required to attend this winter. They will be held:
    • Sunday, January 15th at 4 PM in Rocky 003
    • Thursday, January 19th at 7 PM in Rocky 003
    • Sunday, January 22rd at 4 PM in Rocky 003
All information sessions will require you to bring your Dartmouth ID, so please do not forget to do so. They will begin on time, so please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you believe you’ve already attended these sessions, please check your OrgSync account to confirm that you received credit.


Recruitment registration
In order to participate in formal recruitment, you must register on our recruitment website, MyCampusDirector, by clicking on “Register for Recruitment” by Sunday, January 15th at 11:59 PM. If you do not register by that date, you will incur a $25 lateness fee. 


Formal recruitment dates and times
Panhellenic recruitment will take place on the following dates. If you have conflicts, you will report these to your Rho Chi (Recruitment Counselor) once you are assigned one a few days before rush begins.


EKT and Sigma Delt Shake Out
Both EKT and Sigma Delt will hold Shake Out events outside of the formal recruitment process. In order to participate in these processes, potential new members must attend both an Expectations of Membership session as well as a Bystander Intervention in the Greek Community. Each house conducts their Shake Out processes in slightly different ways, which are detailed in the attached document. The dates for each of the Shake Out events are as follows:
