Looking for an exciting post-graduate gap year opportunity in Biology, Chemistry or Computer Science in Hanover?

Are you interested in incorporating teaching into your future career?

Would you like to pass on the science skills you have accumulated  to other Dartmouth students?

Be a Teaching Science Fellow at Dartmouth in 2017-18!

The Teaching Science Fellows partner with the faculty of introductory biology, chemistry and (newly-added for the coming year) computer science classes to make them more accessible to all students, regardless of science background. We encourage and provide interactive learning opportunities not only in the study of the sciences, but also aid in general learning skills. Fellows are recent Dartmouth graduates familiar not only with the most challenging aspects of these courses, but also with overall student experiences and the college’s support systems.

Formal application to the 2017-2018 Teaching Science Fellowships in Biology, Chemistry and Computer Science from members of the Class of 2017 will open in January, but we wanted to make you aware of the opportunities.  A competitive salary and the possibility of free housing/meal plan will be offered for a 1 year appointment.

If you would like to find out more about the positions and/or the application process , please contact Professor Lee Witters ([log in to unmask]) or  the current fellows,  Justin Halloran 16 ([log in to unmask]) and Kevin Stanko 16 ([log in to unmask])
