Attention Upperclassmen:

Are you committed to developing young leaders? Do you want to learn how to become a better group facilitator? D-LAB is a structured way to do this by facilitating reflective values based conversations with first-year students. The purpose is to ensure that they have the tools to think critically and reflectively about their role within the Dartmouth community not after they've graduated, but while they experience it.

If interested, you can apply for a facilitator position to lead the 2016-2017 Dartmouth Leadership Attitudes and Behaviors Program (D-LAB). See the program description below.

The deadline to apply is Sunday, October 2nd. Apply here.

Your involvement will include the following:

Fall Term: six 2-hour training sessions (with dinner before) that will prepare you as a team to lead discussions.

Winter Term: you will facilitate six 1.5-hour sessions (with dinner before) for first-year students.

We look forward to reading your application!

Sincerely,

The D-LAB Team

D-LAB (Dartmouth Leadership Attitudes and Behaviors) is a student-facilitated program designed to offer first-year students an opportunity for profound self-reflection and challenging discussion in a practical setting. Through this program, participants will be taught to recognize their "true self" and how this relates to who they are striving to be, to analyze and apply the relationship between perception, intent, and impact and to align their core values with the greater community. Learn more here.
