Hello!

To all interested ’17, ’18, and ’19 women, Panhellenic Formal Recruitment for the Fall term begins now. Attached is a pdf with information about each of the houses, and we are excited to welcome you into the Greek community!

First, please use this link to register for recruitment: https://dartmouth.mycampusdirector.com/index.php

{click Register for Recruitment; please use your Dartmouth email address!}

Registration will remain open until Wednesday, September 21st at 5pm. If you have not registered by that time, you will no longer be able to participate in fall recruitment.

If you are interested in participating in recruitment, you MUST attend/complete ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. Bystander Intervention in the Greek Community

The Greek Leadership Council requires all potential new members to attend a  "Bystander Intervention in the Greek Community" program specifically for new members of the Greek community. If you have already attended a bystander program, please note that this program is different from athletics, UGA bystander programs, etc. and should be attended.

2. Expectations of Membership Program

In Fall 2016, potential new members are required to attend one “Expectations of Membership" program, followed by a short quiz (find information about this on OrgSync)

3. An information session held by Panhellenic Council

If you are intending to go through Panhellenic Council Sorority Recruitment, in addition to the Expectations of Membership program and Bystander Intervention, you are also required to attend a "Panhellenic Council Info Session” in order to register for the recruitment process. THREE sessions will be offered - one on Saturday, September 17 at 12 PM, and two on Sunday, September 18 at 2:30 PM and at 3:30 PM. All sessions will take place in Rocky 003. At these information sessions, we will be addressing how to register and manage conflicts with recruitment in addition to several other important topics. If you attended a session in the spring, you are not required to attend one this fall. If you are a ’17 or ’18 who has previously participated in recruitment and/or has attended an information session previously, you are also not required to attend. Nonetheless, please note any changes to recruitment dates and/or times on our website.

**All events and programs are detailed here. Please go to the "Events" tab for more information and to sign up in advance for Expectations of Membership and Bystander Intervention sessions.
**You must sign up in advance for Expectations of Membership and Bystander Intervention and take your Dartmouth ID card along to the sessions.
**Sessions start this Wednesday so please sign up now!

***Epsilon Kappa Theta and Sigma Delta will each continue to offer an optional Shake-Out event. If you choose to participate in one of these processes without going through formal recruitment, you do not need to register on the Campus Director website. However, you are still required to complete the bystander and expectations programs. These houses will blitz out more details soon!

Best,
