IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DIRECTING THE 50, HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
respond to this email! There will be ONLY three 50 directors this
summer...if you're interested, you have a couple of options:
(1) Respond to this email stating your INDIVIDUAL interest and
application - in this case, you will be considered as an individual
applicant and if selected, you will be paired with other qualified
individual applicants
(2) Respond to this email with two others who you would like to direct with (make sure that these two peers, CC'd on your email, are 100% committed to directing) - in this case, your group will be considered EXCLUSIVELY group merit.

After you respond stating your interest, we will be in touch with you
regarding an interview process to move forward to select the directors.
THERE IS NO WRITTEN APPLICATION - with that being said, ONLY RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO DIRECTING THE 50. This is a commitment that will take at least 10 hours a week, with increasing time commitment as the 50 approaches. ONLY APPLY IF YOUR SCHEDULE CAN HANDLE THIS.

A few more complications/important things to note:
-you must be in Hanover (as an '18 taking classes or as another student working in the Hanover area) this summer in order to direct The Fifty
-as 50 directors, you are unpaid - this is entirely volunteer. However, one
important incentive is that applicants can forgo the lottery and hike the
50 automatically in the future

Last thing - please keep in mind that responses to this email are time
sensitive - we want to reach a decision on the summer 50 directors within the last week of spring term to ensure that there is enough planning time.
