A student group with the mission to help each individual THRIVE on campus (have you seen the sweatshirts?)- through supporting mindfulness, being in the moment, and taking care of yourself so you can feel, perform, and be your best self on purpose!

Join us for the informational first meeting of the term - Tuesday, April 5th at 8 pm in the Wellness Office (3rd Floor Robo) to meet the crew, see what's in store for spring, and get on the email lists for weekly meetings and the weekly meditation group (Mondays at 7:30 pm on Tucker Meditation Room)! This term we will partner with other organizations to support students in a 21 day *veggie* challenge; encourage intentional action at Block Party with "Block Party on Purpose"; and work to bring mindfulness practice to the community through a gratitude challenge in May.
