Whether you’re looking to become a more effective leader of a campus organization, prepare for an upcoming internship, or prepare for life beyond Dartmouth, MLDP will prepare you with the skills needed to be most effective in any organization.

Sophomores, juniors, and seniors may apply, no matter what field they study. Whether you major in engineering, philosophy, or something in between, all students should take time before graduation to develop their interpersonal skills, including leadership, management, and negotiation, among others.
