The February Kindness Challenge started on Monday, so be sure to spread some love and support on campus.
Acts of kindness to complete this week:
- Pay for someone's coffee/tea/hot chocolate/other drink
- Get a meal with someone you haven't seen in a while
- High five 5 people
- Give someone a compliment
- Hold the door for someone
- Call a family member
- Reflect on something you like about yourself (yay for self-compassion!)
