FERMENTATION WORKSHOP 3-5pm, Fahey Ground Floor Kitchen 
Come to this week's edition of the O-Farm Winter Workshop Series on Fermentation! You will learn a little about the history and biology of fermentation, but mostly you will be getting your hands dirty making your own sauerkraut and kimchi. Jars will be provided, so you will have a delicious souvenir! We will also bring samples of the finished product so there will be plenty of snacks!!
