developed in collaboration with the Yale Ctr. for Emotional Intelligence & The Ctr. for Koru Mindfulness

 

Using a curriculum focused on emotional intelligence (EI) and mindfulness, this class will help you build EI and cultivate a simple, effective mindfulness practice. Sign up to develop skills that promote stress management; resilience; and mental, intellectual, physical, & social wellbeing.
