  *   Sign up to help on committees for the Polar Bear Swim, Human Dogs Sled Races, the Ice Sculpture contest, etc.
  *   Council members will also help with the Winter Carnival poster and t-shirt design selection.

  *   We'll divide up members into committees to plan events such as the Polar Bear Plunge, Human Dogs Sled Races, & the Ice Sculpture.
  *   Council members will help later vote on the Winter Carnival poster and t-shirt designs.
