Thriving Together Wellness Check-Ins
 
are a chance to reflect on your wellness in all areas of life – school, work, social, etc. – with a group of peers. Discussions will be facilitated by Wellness Peers trained in approaching wellness holistically, openly, and non-judgmentally.
 
We’ll also have oatmeal!
