1) Multi-Faith Conversations: Seeking Spirituality in College

Multi-Faith Conversations start this term on Tuesday April 7th, 5:30-7:00pm (note the change in start time from last term) in Tucker Foundation Room 105

2) Islam Awareness Week

Over Islam Awareness Week, the Al-Nur Muslim Student Association will be organizing a events centered around Islam culture. Come try on a Muslim headscarf (hijab) at ‘We’ve Got You Covered: Modesty in Islam’, or listen to Professor Joseph Lumbard’s keynote address on Thursday. Participate in prayer, discover Islamic art or learn about Muslim women in a post 9-11 world at variety of different events.

Inter-Faith Living and Learning Community (Fall Term 2015)

5) National Public Health Week Day of Service

Next week, The Dartmouth Institute is celebrating National Public Health Week, and the theme for this year’s celebration is Healthiest Nation 2030: Let’s Make America the Healthiest Nation in One Generation. To acknowledge our contributions to attaining this goal, the TDI Student Advisory Council has planned a day of community service on Saturday, April 11 9:30 AM to Noon. At this event, TDI and undergraduates will join forces -- in specially designed T-shirts – to lend a hand to 5 organizations in the Upper Valley.
