Create Your Path is a foundational leadership development program designed by the Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth. The program guides you through a deep self-reflection process to analyze the experiences that have driven and defined you, then helps you build a plan for your future.

It consists of six short online video workshops that can be accessed from home on your own computer or mobile device at any time and is encouraged during the break when you have fewer distractions. This self-reflection is followed by a Capstone Session on campus during the first week of winter term with Darin Eich PhD, co-creator and narrator of the video workshops, where you will refine your path and link to resources to make your path your reality.
