If you are coming to the polar bear plunge important information to know!

1) WEAR WARM CLOTHES this is a must, it will be super cold so get ready to wait in line and be able to change quickly.

2) Make sure clothing is easy to take on and off. Warm blankets and layers encouraged.

3) NO JEANS

4) You must be able to swim

Open starting at 10:30 occom pond. Closing no later than 1:00 (don't show up @ 1, there is a cutoff for the line)
