Speak Out, a V-February event that takes place on February 24th, focuses on the issues of sexual assault, harassment, stalking, and relationship violence.

At Speak Out, survivors and their allies come together to share their experiences in a safe space. This event gives us an opportunity to support each other through hearing how violence has affected those around us. It is a chance to reflect on the healing process both as individuals and the Dartmouth community.

We invite submissions from survivors, friends, partners; anyone affected by these issues who would like to share. If you are sharing a story that is not your own please obtain consent from the survivor before submitting. You can also elect to have someone else read your story if that feels more comfortable.

Please blitz your submissions of your narrative to Benjamin Bradley, Survivor Advocate in the Sexual Assault Awareness Program (SAAP). As part of the process, he will set up a meeting with you before the event.

The deadline for submissions is February 18th, 4:00PM.

If you would like to attend, Speak Out will be on February 24th at 7:00pm in Collis Commonground.
