The fellowship will send two students to work in the youth program, where they will help with different aspects of the program including tutoring students ages 5-15 in English, working one-on-one with older teens on college applications, & serving as mentors to support KYP's overall mission of empowering youth through educational support & after-school activities.

The Tucker Fellowship Program gives committed Dartmouth undergraduate students an opportunity to invest in their personal growth and liberal education by serving others in need outside the United States. Fellows develop an 8-10 week full-time project with an NGO based on a social issue they are passionate about. Past Tucker Fellows have volunteered teaching in urban schools, working with homeless shelters, staffing refugee centers, providing legal aid, serving medical projects abroad and working with physically or emotionally challenged children.
