If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of the questions above, then check out Partnerships in Pride (P in P)​the new peer engagement program sponsored by the Center for Gender and Student Engagement!  P in P will run in place of the previous program, Outreach Peer Mentors (OPM).  For any information on past OPM programming, please contact [log in to unmask]. 

 

How the program will work:

  • Attend an opening retreat at the start of the program to learn more, hear from some amazing people, and get to know the P in P community
  • ​Pair up two students based in a Matching Questionnaire 
  • Partners attend social and multicultural events and visit campus offices to learn about various opportunities on campus
  • Submit individual weekly reflections (In any form desired: Written, Oral, Music, Picture, etc)
  • At the end of the term, students will receive a stipend with the option to keep or donate the funds to a locate charity.
