Then you should come to Food For Life, a cooking class (free for students) taught by Beth Perera! Beth is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell, and accepted as an instructor in nuttirion by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. You'll eat your way through her class, so come a little hungry! She'll be teaching you nutritious, yummy college student-friendly meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fun and informative session. Wednesday, October 15th, 5-7pm, Cutter Shabazz ground floor.
