Dartmouth Spectra

A social group for queer* and allied** students!

In celebration of National Coming Out Day, Spectra will be holding a Coming Out Stories/Identity Workshop event today in One Wheelock (Lower Level of Collis) from 4-6pm. We will be sharing stories, talking about our own and other identities, and considering how "the closet" functions in society today. Snacks will be provided. As always, this event is open to all Dartmouth students.

ALSO, elections for this year's Spectra officers will take place during the planning meeting this Sunday at 3pm in the Resource Room in Robo. Again, all are welcome.

*We use the word "queer" as an umbrella term that encompasses a number of identities including (but not limited to) lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, genderqueer, asexual, and questioning.

**Allied students are those who do not identify as queer but wish to show their support for the queer community.?
