The Summer Enrichment at Dartmouth (SEAD) program seeks a full time AmeriCorps*VISTA member to serve as the College Pathways Coordinator.  The Pathways Coordinator will continue to implement a comprehensive plan for supporting SEAD alumni in college and develop a comprehensive “College Knowledge” curriculum for SEAD students from their 9th grade year through their first-year of college and beyond.

Applicants must be motivated and highly organized, with interest in education and service, commitment to diversity, and above all, an ability to work with a variety of students, staff, faculty and school personnel. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a collaborative team, with the ability to plan and prioritize work, as well as strong communication and networking skills.

 

Prior experience with the SEAD program is strongly preferred but not required.
