Mentors work with mentees to set and achieve goals, explore personal interests, find a sense of community, and develop a positive LGBTQ identity. Outreach sets up one-on-one mentor-mentee
pairs and also offers opportunities for all students to connect with Dartmouth LGBTQ undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and staff, and alums.
