Undergraduate Competition Timeline 2014
Friday, March 7
Executive Summary – Contestants will submit a one page executive summary of their business plan. The summary should include an explanation of the idea, basic business structure, and financial projections. Don’t forget to also submit the letter of intent! (Short written statement that you are competing) Please send submissions to [log in to unmask]


Friday, March 14
First Round Eliminations – A qualified committee will select 20 submissions to advance to the semi-final round of the contest.


Wednesday, March 19
Pitch Submission – Semi-finalists will submit a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 10 slides. Contestants will not present in person. Please send submissions to [log in to unmask]


Wednesday, March 26
Second Round Eliminations – A qualified committee will select five finalists.

Tuesday, April 1 (During Dartmouth Ventures)
Final Presentation to Judges
a.     DES will assemble a qualified panel of five judges.
b.     The presentation format for each team will be as follows:
i.               20 minute team presentation
ii.              10 minute question and answer session
c.     After deliberation by judges, awards will be presented.


Friday April 4 (During Dartmouth Ventures)
Tuck Contest – Top 3 contestants from the undergraduate competition proceed to the semi-final round of the Tuck competition.
