The firm was co-founded by a Wharton alum and a Wharton professor who was the co-founder of top-performing venture fund First Round Capital, Leonard Lodish. The firm recently announced that Christopher Rogers, a co-founder of Nextel will serve as a managing partner.

Intern responsibilities will include due-diligence for potential investments as well as assisting with the fundraise of a $150M fund.

The firm's sector focus is consumer internet and enterprise software with a strong emphasis on technologies that will benefit from relationships with mobile carriers. The target is a 50% capital allocation in the U.S. and 50% capital allocation in emerging markets. The fund invests in both early-stage and late-stage startups with a target return of 3x+ for later stage.
