Mike Foote '01 founded DREAM in 1999. He is now Director of Strategy and Growth, overseeing the effort to launch its transformative program in new regions. He has worked in nonprofit consulting, education research, and political campaigning, and has done significant volunteer work and research in Micronesia and Latin America.
