Then apply to be a member of the Special Programs and Events Committee (SPEC)!
SPEC is a board comprised of representatives from the campus funding organizations in
the UFC and four at-large members (this could be you) selected from the student body. SPEC hears proposals and funds student initiated events with budgets of more than $5,000 (events like PRIDE Week, Powwow, Lose the Shoes Tournament, Relay for Life, FNR,
and more).
