Come to the SLC at 7 pm today for the last Ecovores dinner of the summer. It's late August, which means we're right in the midst of tomato season! Ever wondered what an "heirloom" tomato is? Or how come tomatoes in the summer taste so much better than in the winter? We will be eating and talking about all things tomato-related and wrapping up a wonderful term of good food and discussion.
The menu:
Bruschetta
Quinoa, tomato and cucumber salad
Tomato, basil and mozzarella pasta
Squash and tomato gratin
And a delicious dessert (probably without tomatoes)
