~WHAT: A 3.v.3. Soccer Tournament to benefit the Grassroot Soccer HIV/AIDS 
prevention programs!

~WHEN: Sunday, MAY 12, 2013. Check-in at 12PM NOON and Tournament will begin at 1PM 
sharp! **FREE jersey decorating at Collis 2 - 4pm on Saturday, May 11 for teams that sign up!!!**
  
~WHERE: Leverone Field House - shoes are allowed!

-Teams of 4-6 people
-Designate one person as the team captain (and have him/her sign up with everyone's 
name and DA$H number using the link above)
-$10 suggested donation per person
-No more than 3 varsity players per team
-Co-ed teams strongly encouraged

Note: Your DA$H account will be charged immediately for your donation when you 
sign up with your ID #. Seniors must use CASH, not DASH, to pay the suggested 
donation unless you have positive DASH. If you're a senior, please select the 
CASH option on the sign-up form if you wish to donate this way. Then we'll collect 
that cash from you at the tournament.
