Outdoor Leadership Experience (OLE) is a Tucker mentoring program that works to develop  

leadership and teamwork skills in local middle & high school students through creative, weekly, outdoor adventures.

If selected to be an OLE mentor, you will join with fellow Dartmouth students to work with  

local teens, challenging them to become more confident individuals and supportive  

group members in an outdoor setting.

No hard outdoors skills are necessary - we're eager to draw leaders with a variety  

of experiences and skills that they can contribute to the program.
