Mr. Tim Eliassen will give a talk on 1/25 (Friday) at 3pm, in Kemeny 6.
He will choose from his amazing list of works a few projects to discuss how he collaborates as an engineer with architects and designers. He has recently worked on the high-tech, minimalist yacht that Steve Jobs designed and also Renzo Piano's Kimbell Art Museum addition.

Mr. Tim Eliassen is the former equity partner of Navtec, a sailboat-rigging company, and the founder of TriPyramid Structures, based outside of Boston. His works include the glass pyramid at the Louvre and the glass staircase in the Apple stores. His company, TriPyramid, has worked with numerous architects including I.M. Pei, Frank Gehry, and Renzo Piano.
