President of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), is coming to speak today in Filene Auditorium at 4pm. His lecture is part of the Leading Voices in Higher Education strategic planning speaker series. Dr. Hrabowski was recently named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the World and in July was appointed by the White House to chair a committee on educational excellence for African Americans.
 
His lecture is entitled “Innovation, Inclusive Leadership, and Excellence: The Future of Higher Education.”
