As you move out this term (or are spring cleaning)...Don't throw your things away!!! Donate them to the Sustainable Moving Sale and we will find a better home for your belongings!!! Every year the Sustainable Moving Sale collects item students no longer want and sells them at discounted price to incoming freshmen in the fall. We dislike Walmarts and landfills. Do you? See the list of bin locations below to find the bin closest to you. 

People who live off campus--bring your things to the closest bins! It may seem like a little extra effort, but it is worth it! If you need some moral (or arm strength) support blitz me back and I'll help you out :) 

Stuff we take:

CLOTHING (please don't throw your clothes away, I promise someone else will wear them...jeepers, I'll wear them!)

flair!--dartmouth's most sustainable clothing line...

kitchen ware (yes we will return your stolen goods to DDS...)

school supplies--colored pencils make me happyyy

electronics--even if they're in bad shape send em my way and we'll figure out a way to dispose of them sustainably...

lamps--kindly remove lightbulbs before they break. xoxo

backpacks--also known as packs for your back. just to clarify. 

fanny packs--aka packs for your fanny. there is a pattern here I think...

skis!--they have so many uses outside of skiing!

art--Picasso's? Your's? DONT CARE!

Things we don't take:

FOOD (if you could at least dump the rotten food in your mini fridge out on your way to the bin area that would be SWEET)

***Fun fact: YOU CAN COMPOST MOLDY FOOD. 10 points to anyone who puts in the extra effort...
