Alison Mass is co-head of the Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. She is a member of the Partnership Committee. Alison joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Alison worked at Merrill Lynch from 1990 to 2001 and held several senior management positions in the securities and investment banking areas. Earlier in her career, she worked at Drexel Burnham. Alison serves on the Board of Trustees of Excellence Boys and Excellence Girls Charter Schools, which are college preparatory public charter schools in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the New York City Ballet, the Board of Directors of The Mount Sinai Children's Center Foundation and serves on the Photography Committee at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Alison earned a BS and an MBA from New York University.

Frances Vernon is a second year analyst in the Natural Resources Group in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. She graduated from Dartmouth in 2010 with an interdisciplinary major "Globalization, Health and Development with a focus in Latin America" and a Health Policy minor. She interned in the Health Systems and Services Department of the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization, completed her senior thesis ethnographic research titled "A Binational Study-Trade Liberalization, Migration, and HIV/AIDS"  and volunteered at the Good Neighbor Free Health Clinic. While at Dartmouth, Frances was the Student Assembly President, co-founder of Dartmouth Global Leadership Program and co-founder of Link-Up. She was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
