                       Raiders Special Elections Meeting

                            Today, Feb. 15 at 6:30 PM

                                        Collis 221

 

Elections will be held for the Winter 2012 Vice-Presidency and Secretaryship*

     -----Any undergrad in residence this term who comes to the meeting can become a member; all students who are members by 6:47 PM can run and vote.**

     -----Elections start at 6:50 PM

     -----No one had been elected for either office at the Special Election Meeting of Feb. 1.  Here's a second chance for all undergrads currently in residence to run for office in the Raiders!

 

Ramunto's pizza served, and soda provided

     -----Free for all attendees

Everyone welcome

     -----Musicians of all styles of music and non-musicians alike

 

Come catch a free dinner, learn about the Music Raiders, and maybe even get yourself elected to office, all in one evening!

* If we don't have a quorum of members at Collis 221 by 6:50 PM, the club will conduct elections for both offices over blitz within a week of today's meeting with the nominations received by then.

** If you're not currently on the Raider blitzlist but become a member by 6:47 PM and and decide to run in either or both Elections, you can be sure that you'll secure a nomination from the President to ensure your candidacy.  (Only people currently on the Raiders blitzlist can nominate members for today's Special Elections.)
