What: Learn the classic New England process of turning sap into syrup  
while honing project management skills and enjoying the changing of  
the seasons  in woods overlooking the Connecticut River

"Inuit in the Changing Arctic: A Bright New Future or a Fight for  
Survival?"

What: Aqqaluk Lynge, the Rabbi Marshall Meyer Social Justice Great

What: Come learn about behavior change, using our campus as a living  
lab, and fun social marketing! These lessons are applicable in the  
area of sustainability and beyond -- business, social justice, global  
health, design...you name it! As always, free homemade baked goods  
will be provided!

Human Rights and the Global Food Crisis Dinner Discussion
When: 7pm
Where: Collis 101
What: SLC and Ecovores present a dinner discussion with sustainable  
food interns Remy Franklin and Jasmine Kumalah, who recently attended  
the Northwestern University Conference on Human Rights. Come learn  
about what they learned about the focus of this year's conference: the  
global food crisis. Delicious dinner and discussion are both in store!
