The Festival. There will be three concerts over the course of 6 days--one in Spaulding, one in the Top of the Hop, and one at the Spheris Gallery in downtown Hanover.
The Festival is currently in the process of bringing in a resident ensemble to perform accepted works, and it will likely be made up of three or four instruments. Once we finalize the negotiation, we will send another message
to update the instrumentation. For proposals of all other instrumentation not part of the resident ensemble, the festival encourages the composers to provide their own performers due to the limitation
of funding. I can help you coordinate and find performers.
